Q1. How is your QC systems?We have got ISO9001 and ERP Management. All of our products will pass strict QC processes before shipment. Q2. What about the lead time?Sample needs 3-7 days, Mass production time needs 20-30 working days. Q3. What is your shipping way?By express(FedEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, etc.), Airline and sea shipping also optional. Q4. Can we make our own label on the lights?Yes, we can use the label you offer,we can also do OEM & ODM. Q5. What is the warranty for the lights?We offer 3 years warranty for led panel lights and 5&7 years warranty for other led lights. Q6. How to deal with the faulty?Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation. Q7.
